This spring, create steppingstones of habitat with our custom plant packs! . Select a pack based on where you will plant your plugs. We’ve selected plants for each of the habitat types. Each pack will have 25 plugs, with 5 plugs of 5 species.
We offer a diverse range of native plants! Sample plant lists are listed for each type of pack. Please note these are subject to change. Polly Hill can’t guarantee germination of every species they are growing, but will will do their best to provide you with the species included in the kit descriptions.
