Fall Native Plant Kits

Community Supported Native Plants

This fall, select a kit based on where you will plant your plugs! Each kit is assembled with plants that will thrive in specific soil, sun, and moisture conditions. Kits will have 25 plugs of four to five different species.

We offer a diverse range of native plants. Included here are sample plant lists for  each type of kit. Please note these are subject to change. Polly Hill cannot guarantee germination of every species they are growing, but will will do their best to provide you with the species included in the kit descriptions.

Order deadline:

Kits will be available for pickup on Oct 4 -6 at BiodiversityWorks Headquarters
